Minor spoiler for mission name, that's it. Had to return to the lighthouse for "A Change on the Wind" and after teleporting, the cut scene does not happen. I tried walking around, falling off the map, loading an earlier save file, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing triggers this cut scene, so I can no longer move forward in the campaign.

If by chance this should have been fixed in Patch 3 ( November 21st ) - it sadly is not. Do you have any news to share as to what the people having this issue can expect or if they can expect a bugfix at all? I assume this isn't trivial to fix but any news regarding what people should do or can do would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Here are about 60 csav files for my only character going back to launch; no pw needed
I can only provide you with about two handful of saves, as I generally save a lot manually to overwrite my existing manual saves. In the ZIP you'll find some autosaves, decision saves, the actual bugged save and one particular save that's about 3 hours before I started either of the main quests that were relevant for the bug itself namely the aptly titled one "02" save file. Hope that this helps in some way.

I wanted to also thank you, EA_Shepard, and EA_Illium earlier in November for actually reaching out to us players and trying to get to get some saves / attention towards this issue to the devs. It is much appreciated ❤️
hey mate, I was having this issue too. What ended up working for me was changing the order in which i did the missions - when i was having the same problem as you, it was because I had done the 'Shades of the Blight' mission before the 'Something Wrong' misson. So finish up the Grey Warden mission in the wetlands first, and then do the mission in Docktown. Hope it works for you!
I can confirm I have the very same issue right now and cannot proceed on the main story line ( PC / Steam with the most recent patch ).
PS: I forgot to mention, just like someone above, I also did "Shades of Blight" before "Something Wrong", so the order of doing these quests might be the indicator of why things go wrong. Just for debugging purposes for the devs this might help find what's wrong.
Hello, i have the same issue. I can not continue to play with this bug.
Eureka! Because I am once more reporting back after the release of the newest patch.
This issue has now been fixed as of Patch #4 ( December 4th release date on Steam, can't check for console release but I'd imagine it's out there as well )! Please try to load your saves again where it's bugged and you should see the conversation with Davrin start up as you load up your save. It did for me so thankfully we can continue.

Having the same issue here. I did a lot of random side quests in between 'Shades of the Blight' and 'Something Wrong' so don't even have the save to swap them out anymore. Unsure what to do now 😅 Definitely don't want to start everything over because of this
Exact same issue. total bug out on this quest and it's the only quest I still have left to do so I'm completely blocked from forward progress
PC playing through steam, happened before and after the recent update
I have the same issue,
I'm entering the lighthouse and have a blackscreen... and then I am standing in the hallway, still with the quest intact telling me to talk to the companions, but no hint on how to do so... i already went back several save-files, but no matter what I do, after i come back from "Something wrong", I am stuck. In some savegame files i am even blocked from doing other quests once I tried entering the Lighthouse, as there is a red notification in the quest log saying basically saying i can't do anything else before ive finished "A Change on the Wind" - which apparently i can't. Pls help, i dont wann start anew😭
Just to report back: With the newest patch released on PC ( November 13th - Patch 2 ), this bug still exists and blocks main story progression, so people who are stuck on this still cannot continue playing. Please do fix it. Thank you!
