Patch 2: Keybinding WASD to arrow keys STILL does not work

Saw there was an update, so once again, did a quick login to the game to check and see if perhaps the fix had been done. Nope. It is still not possible to re-keybind WASD movement keys to the arrow keys.

I am still unable to find a "list of known issues" to check and see whether the problem is on anyone's radar for fixing.

PLEASE, can we get an official response as to whether there is any intention at all of fixing this issue. Either yes, you intend to fix it, or no, the inability to re-keybind is intentional and there are no plans to fix it. The clock is running out to request a refund.
