Reflection Trophy Bug - Companian Quest Bellara

I didn't see the discussion for that yet, but I didn't receive the trophy for completing the Bellaras companion quest (I'm playing at PS5 but I've seen the discussion on steam as well).

At first, I didn't notice that until I finished the game completely. I reload an old save point and tried again with certain different decisions to maybe solve the problem, but unfortunately not :( 

Will there be a fix for that as well?

This is the only trophy, which is missing .. :(
