Patch unable to load more than 30%

I cannot download the update further than 30%. I already re-started everything, did the solution given from EA to clear cache from the launcher and still it does not load further!? I was looking forward to continue my game today and now I can't and it is very frustrating... anyone having the same problem? Or a solution to fix it? qwq
