Permanent buffs from valuables not saved

When I buy a valuable that adds a permanent buff (like Dragon's Bounty with +25 HP), I can see on my character sheet that the bonus is applied. However, the next time I save and load, the bonus is go...

+1. Consumable bought items, which give permanent buff, work before loading. After disappear
