Updated to patch 1.000.004 on PS5, bought the permanent buffs, saved and reloaded/loaded up the save and the permanent buffs were still there!
Looks like the issue has been fixed, but let’s keep our eyes open on them still, incase something happens to them again

Still not working on PS5, bought buffs at the crossroads vendor and they disappeared on save / load. Still broken as of 11 / 23.
The update came out on the 23rd, have you updated? It was slow to come out for me, so had to wait for a few until the update happened.
It’s good that you keep writing if it’s not working even after updating, cause then they will need to look into it more. I might just have been lucky this time
