Please help? Completed Chests in Necropolis Halls bugged on PS5 [DA:V]

I have completed all chests in Necropolis Halls, but it said that I only completed 14/17. I'm playing the game in PS5. Have tried fast travelling out from Necropolis Halls then going back but failed. Have tried restarting the PS5 and the game, still failed.

Any suggestions? Or should I wait for the next patch? Thanks!

    Me and a couple others have the same issues. Honestly there isn’t any way to fix it, just have to wait for the devs to stop slacking around and update and fix it. But you don’t need to have all chest discovered and area to 100% to 100% the game though. Achievement wise atleast.
