Possible bug with Neve and Lucanis’ ‘Hero of the Veilguard’ status

    With Neve, I had to complete every Dock Town quest, which led to a final quest, after which she was Hero of the Veilguard. Assuming Lucanis has something similar :)

I was still able to get Hero of Veilguard for Lucanis with Hardened - I did every single quest for Treviso, and had the shop at level 2 before getting locked out.
