Pre-Order Bonus Blood Dragon Armor missing PC

I preordered Dragon Age Veilguard in September directly in the EA-App on my only EA-Account. And i still do not have the Blood Dragon Armor . And yes i finished the tuorial and unlocked the lighthouse 

I also have the Bedroom unlocked and a Helmet in Slot so there is no reason why the items should not appear in my game/wardrobe.
