Preorder bonus armor missing

Hello, I've been having same issues.  I pre ordered my PS5 edition of the game from Best buy in early October, and I never got the preorder armor sets.  My PSN tag is Matt66801.  

Do you have the DLC installed and it's not showing up in game?

Immediate testing after the patch dropped last night only gave me a chest by the "Dragon Age the Veil Guard lighthouse" shop vendor in the middle of the map containing the N7 day armour.

I am now home from work today, so I will check again soon to see if there are any further changes.

I have noticed some stuttering with the new patch, specifically when running 4K and more on the Ultra preset using AMD Dragon Age™: The Veilguard BETA Driver 24.20.19.05

But the thing is even if they "fix" the "dlc" i will never have it cause it should be in the game, i never got a "code" the only code they give me its a discount for their stupid bioware store for overprice items

They never ever said physical copy will not have it other than gamestop. Even after i check with my local gamestore i checked online everywhere they never said CD would NOT the bonus content. Its legit disgusting 

I got it with GFN, but it's not just GFN users with the issue.

The chest was there on my first character, but after I decided to create a new on it was missing on the second one.  Doing a hard close of the game as you described worked, the chest was there as soon as I relaunched the game. 

A) the pre-order codes were not GameStop only, my Best Buy friend got their code.

B) selling your copy doesn't "teach them a lesson"

C) I want my items too but they were free items for a game I was going to buy regardless of if there was a bonus

DX Diagnostic isn't going to help everyone... I know it's standard procedure but the people playing on cloud with GeForce Now are still having this issue, and don't have files to send you. Neither a DX readout, nor local Save files.
