Progression Bug -The Dragon Slayer Quest - Cant Blow Horn

When doing the recruit Taash mission to help Taash bait the dragon, when you get to the horn you need to blow to continue the quest, it does not show up as a quest marker and is not interactable mean...

I also have the bug how disappointing. 

EDIT

I just reloaded a past auto save then fast traveled to the quest rather than going through the crossroads and headed straight to the marker. I got a little cutscene where it zoomed in on the antaam and it seems to be fixed now
