Don't suppose you were able to reverse this? I'm having the issue and I really really really really don't want to have to replay alllllll of what I did. I recruited both Taash and Emmerich, did a few companion side things, and a bunch of arlethan stuff (and arlethan is tbh my least favorite zone so ugh lol) and I'd rather not start from the end of Act 1.
