PS5 : Bellara, Forest of the spirits quest bug

Hello,

I'm encountering a game-breaking issue during The Veilguard quest in Dragon Age. As shown in the attached screenshot, I am unable to progress because Bellara's special ability won't activate. Here's a detailed description of the problem:

1. Issue Details:
   • I need to use Bellara's special ability to light a fire and advance the quest.
   • When I select the ability in the abilities wheel and click on it, nothing happens. The ability simply doesn’t activate.
2. Previous Occurrence:
   • This bug has happened to me once before in a quest involving Davrin. At that time, I was able to resolve the issue by loading a previous save and replaying the quest several times. Eventually, the ability worked as intended.
3. Attempts to Fix the Issue:
   • For The Veilguard quest, I’ve tried the following without success:
     • Loading earlier saves and replaying the quest.
     • Reinstalling the game.
     • Verifying that my game is updated to the latest version.

Despite these efforts, the bug persists, and I cannot continue the story.

Question:
Is there anything else I can try to fix this issue? Are there any known workarounds for this specific bug?
