I just encountered this bug as well on PS5, started my game out flirting with Lucanis planning to romance him, but shifted gears to Emmrich after recruiting him and stopped flirting with Lucanis, but now this scene Only gives me the "express interest" option in this scene.... I really don't Want to choose it because then I either have to immediately backtrack and say I'm not interested because of Spite (which is not true or in-character for my Rook), or lead him on and break his heart later... neither option feels very good or in line with my Rook's character. Hoping that adding on to this thread will make EA/Bioware more aware of the bug and maybe it'll get fixed someday....
