Purchased stat buffs do not increase stats after a reload

I'm still having this issue on PC as well for all "permanent stat buff" items, just tested it again now and the buff I just purchased was gone after saving and reloading. Really hope this gets fixed even if they're not doing DLC or other QOL updates...
