Quest bug in the Necropolis Halls - Restless Sprits

Hello, I've done this quest earlier today with a different character with no problems. I'm am to gather the 4 wisps and use them to put in the 4 receptacles to open a door. I gather  them and when I took the 4th to door the skeleton went through the motions of unlocking the 4 chain but the wisp didn't disappear from me so it did not unlock. I tired going to get the 4th one more time but  same thing happened. I was standing right along side of the 4th receptacle when I happened. 

After I closed down the game and went back in I now show 4th receptacle as needing a wisp. But when I used Emrich's ability to create the giant there is no wisp on top of it.

    Exiting the room didn't work. Leaving the game and coming back didn't work. But did some other quests and came back to it and still no wisp. I went around to  the other spots I gather wisps and I happened to click one of the levers again. It was either coincidence or that was worked. After that wisp appeared after Emmrich made the giant hand appear.
