To help keep the boards clean I will lock this thread, but can provide the same info for anyone else.
I would recommend speaking with Sony support to confirm the game was added to your account correctly and the order is not stuck finalizing.
With other platforms like Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation we don't have any control over their order/payment system or granting the game to your account so we would want to have them check your PSN account and the order for any issues.
