I believe this is now fixed for players on playstation. I play on PS5 and just got the update, and things are working for me now! I can view Solas memories and the Fire and Ice quest finally resolved with the cut scenes!
It isn't working. You are talking about an issue if you already collected the statue. We haven't gotten it yet because the memory in heights won't trigger
