Finally got around to clean re-install my graphics drivers with DDU yesterday. I'm sad to say that, unfortunately, this didn't resolve the issue. However, after discovering this, I installed Linux, something I'd been wanting to do for a while. For fun, I decided to see how the game would run on Linux, and to my surprise, it actually worked. I played on Linux for a while without any issues and managed to get past the points where the game would shut down on Windows. Of course, I'll have to see if the game continues to run smoothly as I play more, but I'm going to remove The Veilguard from Windows and only play on Linux from now on.
