Same issue. I customized my Rook from one of the presets - completely different now.
But when I load a saved game, Rook is the preset I chose when I was customzing.
Then if I go to the mirror, my customized Rook is there so I just select it and leave.
This needs to be fixed. It happens about 3 times out of 10.
