Playing with a female Qunari if you select the dialogue option "Let's try this your way" (aka the trick ending) Rook morphs into a male body. This change happens during the animation where Rook swaps the daggers.
Community Managerstarfall-16 Hey, thanks for this one. Its been reported to the team and they have looked into this one. It was not on the patch list but I know it is on the radar. One of the only ways I have seen to resolve it, is to reload a previous save or mission save. Typically a manual save, not an auto save. They seem to be more okay with loading back in without issues.
I replayed through the sequence - once I reloaded to before Elgarnan's fight (so a manual save) and it happened again. If I reload the Temporary Chapter Save created just before the decision shows up, its the same issue. I tried many ways to be able to get this ending with my Rook intact... I'm glad its being looked into, it definitely ruins the vibe for an otherwise cool ending.
Community Managerstarfall-16 Yeah i get that. No matter what you do, the issue remains. That kind of ruins the gameplay experience. I am sorry it isn't working for you like it should. However, I am glad it is on the list of what is being reviewed.

I noticed that the latest patch 5 said "With the game being in a stable place, we are moving to monitor for any game-breaking bugs should those occur." Does this mean this issue is no longer on the table for being potentially fixed?
