Rook's hair is darkening

Question

I spent two hours in character creation, and ended up with a light blonde elf. My Rook's hair steadily darkened into a dark brown-black color. I'm not that far into meeting Bellara and getting to the temple, and I believe it started darkening right after I left the "keep" area in the Veil.&nbsp;

I've just noticed that his skin tone has also changed. He was lightly tanned and is now near max melanin and darkness&nbsp;

Can confirm, my platinum blonde character has dark grey/black hair at almost all times even in the light, minus cutscenes.
