Wow that's crazy, I'm under minimum reccomendation(way weaker processor and only 16 ram) with resolution scale around 75~80 and I'm running the game finally. I set up my settings with this in mind, hope it helps someone's playthroughs get going:

also changed my power settings for my processor to only go up to 80% instead of 100%.
