Sea of Blood Quest bugged

Not able to progress because after shattering the red crystals the next one doesnt unlock. I watched videos on how the quest is suppose to go and the red glow around the crystal doesnt disappear after doing the first two tht is connected to it. 

Reloading doesnt fix it either, sucks I can't continue the game..
