Solas' Dagger Related Collectible Interactions not working

Unfortunately this is a known bug impacting many players, but there has been no solution found to this issue and it has not been addressed in the first patch. Some people have found ways to work around it using story progression, but that isn't really a solution when you have to avoid interacting with the game in certain ways.
