Solas Memories Bug

I'm trying to find all memories and statues to complete more of the story, but after looking at multiple play instances, a memory should have triggered and exploded the rock door. Door is still up with me and Rook still stuck on this side of the door. ): I have reloaded the game and gone back, but nothing has fixed it. I really hope this isn't something that I would need to restart my playthrough for totally. I've been told that these are needed to get the best ending for the game. Help!!!
