The audio distorts and tears up whenever the game has much to process, such as when entering a new area or during combat.
This does not happen with any other game or audio source. It is not my hardware or settings; it is this game.
EA, please patch this. £60 for a game that's poorly implemented? I know your EA, but this stuff should have been sorted in a day 1 patch.
I'm having the same issue, any time I'm in a densely populated area or some combat scenarios the audio gets choppy and distorted
Same issue too - cutscenes and gameplay are both distorted by crackling and audio stuttering/lag. It has made the game unplayable, which makes me sad since I really wanted to start it at the same time as my friends, but I've had to leave it be for now in the hopes that there's an update / patch that will resolve it
