Steam Achievement not unlocking for companion questline

Hi,

I'm playing on Steam Deck OLED 500gb. Game has worked fine for the most part, except the achievement for completing Bellara's quest line hasn't unlocked. All of the quests involving Bellara dropped and were completed including Forest of Spirits, she reached Hero of the Veilguard status. Have loaded my saves before the final quest was completed and completed it again, the achievement still does not unlock.
