UPDATING MYSELF:
Backtracked through a very old save. Cancelled out of her romance. Went through the MSQ and finished her quests. Unlocked right after lighting the third brazier in Forest of Spirits funeral outing with Bell.
Any more tips for this? Playing on PS5, I reloaded a very old save, cancelled her romance. Redid story quests to obtain her personal ones, completed them, lit the third brazier and nothing.
