Strand Hair seems to have decreased in quality since launch

Question

Since the latest patch I've noticed issues with Strand Hair, at least for some of the longer hairstyles. I play a female Qunari Rook with the longest possible hairstyle for them, and since the most recent update there has been weird/glitchy behavior with her hair that simply didn't occur at launch (I spent an absurd amount of time just randomly running around playing with Strand Hair physics, lol).

For example, weirdly rigid strands clipping through the neck and getting stuck (see attached image).

I'm playing on PC, ultra/fade-touched settings, on a 4080 Super with the latest drivers (clean install).

Clean the nvidia shader cache and system d3d cache from time to time.

Leave Dragon Age The Veilguard\shader_cache\ as they are or the game will needs repair after removing.

Potatoes78 Let us know if clearing those files helps. Ive seen similar reports called out and past it along but curious if these steps work I can send them over to see if it is a cached issue.
