Strange glitter effect

Hello there,

on the PS 5 Pro there is a strange glitter effect where lightings comes from torches and candles in buildings and other fire/lighting effects on the ground/tables/walls etc. in cutscenes and if you turn the camera in gameplay if the quality mode is enabled. The problem is'nt on the normal PS 5 if the quality  mode is activated.
