Stuck on Blood of Arlathan
Trying to find my way out of Elgar'nan's trap and the blight is blocking the way, none is light up to blast. Watched a video of it and a mob suppose to spawn, not spawn. I have exit game and loaded...

yeah, i had this problem too. i think it's not as complicated a solution as the other comments would make it seem, you just have to avoid running right up to the blight wall where the enemy is supposed to spawn. after you've made your way across the bridge and knocked out the first wall of blight boils, hop down from the ledge and wait there for elgar'nan to finish saying his line in elven.
