Stuttering and audio issues randomly after 20 hours of running smooth

I had about 20 good hours of gameplay, running smooth with no issues whatsoever. Suddenly, my audio sounds like static/fried. I am also experiencing stutters that make the game pretty much unplayable. I have tried all of the advice I have seen on threads, changed settings, and even tried reinstalling but it hasn't gotten better. My specs should not be a problem as I meet requirements. Also I'm not sure how it could run amazingly for so long before randomly seeing these issues pop up! Hopefully it can get fixed soon, I really love the Dragon Age series!
