Last part of The Heart of Corruption
I have got the final champion essence from Hossberg and went to the Fall of the Defender and cleared the blight boils and opened the door but the boss is not spawning? I restarted the game and loaded and earlier save but no avail. Any work around?

You should destroy the blight bulb above the cave. Just go the the edge, you'll see it.
