The heart of corruption i open but no third boss

I am on the heart of corruption mission. I open the third door for the final boss where the tear is the door opens, but it doesn't register that it has opened and so the final third boss doesn't load . I have gone back to later. Save points to fix the issue, but it doesn't fix the issue.Same problem, repeats over and over again
