The Wolfs Call - Bug before starting
For me the bridge before you enter the dream sequence vanished. I had to reload an earlier safe file to be able to do the quest.

I wanted to check if you've had this issue since?
I'm having this same issue now. I killed Quyn the Sparkwielder not long after unlocking Dock Town and before I had done The Labs Below, maybe that's where the issue stems from, but the game didn't tell me anything regarding that or prevent me from doing so. I had to look up online on how to progress the quest only to find out that the bridge that is supposed to be there is missing
