I'm very confused. 100 % of the map and 13/13 chests...but thats not true. I'm on "Eine echte Chance" sorry only know the german MSQ Name (mabybe"A Fighting Chance" in english). That's not so far. Treviso is blighted. So Can somebody say whats going on there?

It is indeed "A Fighting Chance" in English, but I did not see this problem before.
If you are on a PC try to repair the game.
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
