Trophies not unlocking.

I just got to the point of no return and realized that two of the trophies that i should have didn't unlock. "Call for coin and company" and "Bringing down the sky" did not unlock like they were suppose to. I cleared all of the quests, maxed out all of the factions, and killed all the high dragons but I still did not get them.
