Trophy bug on PS5

I'm 80 hours into the game and checking the trophy list I just realised that the main story trophy "Part 3: Awakening" hasn't unlocked for me. Are they gonna fix this? I even tried to uninstall and install the game again and load an old save to play again the scene where Bellara fixes the Eluvian, which is when the trophy should pop up right after the cutscene ends, and it still won't unlock. Idk what to do.

    Hey wanted to let you know I finally managed to solve it on my own. It was an annoying solution but I got there, idk if it will work for you tho.  

    What I did was uninstalling the game, load my saved data to the cloud, and erase the local save from the console. Then I installed the game and started playing from scratch without loading the save from the cloud until I reached the part where the trophy should unlock, and it did. The Part 3 trophy pops quite early so I got there within less than 1 hour skipping literally every scene, but it might get a lot more annoying to you if your trophy unlocks way later.

    Same issue but with the Part 9 trophy on Playstation which should pop after defeating the pair of dragons.

    That plus platinum and the trophy for killing all the high dragons are all I am missing so I'm pretty sure that Part 9 one is the root of the problem.

    Same kind of problem for me over on Xbox. I just finished the game today and i'm missing 4 achievements i should've unlocked. I should have all of them right now. Please keep me posted if you find any info on this issue.

      For now I'm just exchanging emails with Customer Service, they told me to try restart the game and loading an old save, which I already did and didn't work so I'm waiting for their next answer

      after 3 days of recieving emails asking over and over to verify my EA account and PSN account and sending them all the info they asked for like 4 different times, this is their last response:

      "Unfortunately we can not assist with this issue, but I'll mark our case as a potential bug for our game team to review further."

      I guess the only thing I can do now is hope for them to release a patch that unlocks all bugged trophies someday
