Two PS5 Bugs

Any help would be great.

Pinnacle of its kind :
I had already cleared the demons when I found the door but it won’t open and I cannot find the door again when I’ve left the halls and come back.

The Heart Of Corruption:

I need to enter the last place but the green doors won’t open, I can see the tear from above near the mirrors but can’t get access.

for both of these bugs I’ve left the area and come back but I’m too far in to restart.
