Ultimate Keeps Resetting to Default After Patch

Update: in one instance, it happened right after moving some points around in Neve's skills. As this ultimate bug has happened without Neve present in the party, I'm hesitant to call it the trigger... but "moving points in a companion's skills" could be a potential trigger.

It is also true that it happened to me only after having moved companion skill points (not Neve). Possibly coincidental, but it's something I hadn't otherwise done between the patch and now.
