Hey all, our team continues looking into this.. If possible please share a copy of your save where this has happened.
You can zip it to share it here in the thread. If you run into issues, with uploading the save or a zip of it we can grab it from a download link if from a service look G-Drive or One drive.

Hi there, I don't have time today to upload a save but just letting you know that the recent patch has not fixed this issue for me, I can't interact with timelost gateways, unique chests, or shrines still.

I can’t activate the Fen’Harel wolf statues in Treviso or in Dock Town. And I was unable to open a chest after completing the Dellamorte Estate puzzle in Treviso

So someone, I think on reddit, suspects it has something to do with a flag related to the lyrium dagger, which is the requirement in common to interact with the inactive objects, after noticing that the loop on the end of the dagger no longer appears on at their character's belt, and I've checked my own and seen it's missing for me also. Other lyrium-dagger functions (i.e. for the companion skills) do continue to work, though.

Same issue. Starting at about the 8 hour mark I stopped being able to open the special armor chests with the three glowing orbs and I can no longer interact with the fen'harel or evanuris alters/statues. Then it fixed itself after the Siege of Weisshaupt. That lasted for one level and now I'm back to not being able to interact with the special armor chests or alters/statues or any timelost gateways. This is a pretty major bug and from what I've seen it's one that A LOT of people have. I know EA knows about it and yet neither patch has addressed it. It pretty disappointing to finish a huge battle and find a chest you can't unlock over and over again. It also is irritating the crap over the completionist in me. Other than that MAJOR issue I've no other performance problems. It's not my computer. It's your game. I'm waiting for the moment where this issue blocks me from progressing through the story completely. Edit: I'm starting second playthrough and just realized the wall behind the library table is supposed to have a bookcase with books. Mines been just a brick wall the entire time. I think the books disappear at the same time I lose the ability to open chests and statues etc. I'm trying to figure out the exact moment in the game this all happens.
Deleted entire game and all saves. Download game and doing a new, clean run after patch 2.
Edit 1: Lost all the books in the lighthouse bookcase behind the main table after Sea of Blood. Now there is just a brick wall. Have also lost the dagger on my hip. First sign of the bug.
Edit 2: Clean download and new game AFTER the second patch and I have the same problem, only this time it hit me faster. Sea of Blood was the 4th quest I did, and after I did completed it I couldn't interact with armor chests, fenharel or evenuris statues, or some (not all) of the timelost gateways anymore. I also lost all the library books and bookshelf behind the table in the library and Solas's blade from my hip. I've given up on a second run. I should get a partial refund for having SO MUCH content blocked for me.
You would think that as big and widespread as this issue is that would have at least mentioned it but no. Two patches in and not a peep from EA.

Update on my same situation. I recently finished the game with about the last 25% bugged and could not open any of the big chests or interact with the statues, etc... so I really missed out on a LOT of items. I started a new game yesterday and kept saving about every 10 min just in case. The same "no dagger" bug hit me around act 3 I think. Immediately I tried loading my previous save, (which was a "good" save with the dagger working at the time that I made it), but somehow it also had become bugged and the dagger did not work any longer on that save. So, I kept trying every save in reverse order working my way backward in the load a save list but they all had changed from "good" saves to "bad/bugged" saves. I had to go back about 10+ saves before I got to where the dagger showed up again. Fortunately I only lost about 1 hr+ of playing. Now I'm saving about every 5 minutes just to try and be really thorough! :)
