Varric doesn't move.

At the start of the game after leaving the bar you make your way through the streets as you get to a carriage where an npc moves a box, Varric moves slightly and then doesn't move at all. This is different from the demo we saw all those months ago. This is on the PS5 if they helps. Done several playthroughs and happens everytime.
