Hi, I've in fact tried both copies with same results as guessed it may have been a background overlay thing?!?!
I can change the settings of the game and have tried various different configurations, different refresh rates, DLSS setups and also without DLSS at all.
Seems to loose video signal once maybe twice an hour at random times during gameplay, can be with or without stress on my system
after further testing.. I've found the best results while having my second GPU disabled and have not come across the problem since.

I was also exploring the idea that it may have something to do with the 2 monitor setup i have which run duplicate but haven't delved deeper in cuz of my current success rate! 😂
