Warden's Best Friend, Elevator Bug

After facing of with the Colossal Berserker and group of Dark Spawn. Leading up to the Gloom Howler, the elevator past the blighted entryway is no longer there. Have tried loading different saves, starting quest over and restarting console (PS5)

    Have since loaded up an older save, played a few other missions, reinstalled and still have no elevator
