Water shader visible in the air

Hello 

I’d like to report a water shader expanding in the air/ above the ground where there’s no ground 

where - Isana negat

area with first person locked in red lirium crystal 

the water shader expands on the edge on the edge BEFORE dropping to the room with lirium crystal 

as well as after, where You drop to the ladder 

it blurs stuff in the air 

It’s a visual bug
