Wrong Face + Body on Loading Save

I have had this issue since buying the game, but it feels like it's actually gotten worse since the first patch update that was intended to fix this bug. When I load a save, 9/10 my Rook's appearance is the preset I used as a base to create my Rook's custom appearance. This happens for both of my custom Rooks, and it forces me to either reload saves until the correct appearance shows up, or return to the Lighthouse to use the mirror of transformation. Sometimes the mirror of transformation shows the correct, customized appearance I made, other times it's truly reset to the preset and I have to make my Rook all over again. Sometimes, the mirror causes a crash to desktop not long after I interact with it.

My computer is above the minimum system requirements, I have plenty of memory/storage space on my hard drive and data drive as well. I'm confused and frustrated as to why this bug is still happening on a "finished" game that cost ~$60. I have friends who are experiencing this glitch as well.
