A issue with buying online

I already bought some things from the apps online with real money but it is running into an issue. I did manage to get one for free and I want to get the other free packaging. I already brought with my real money but it says “ you already brought this it will be sent to you shortly”

I just really want to report this also the game is a little bit glitchy now and again.
