Allow us to fully close program on "X" out
Add option so when we "X" out of EA Desktop, the program actually closes instead of minimizing to the system tray.

Absolutely crazy to see that EA still hasn't fixed this problem. This is the basic functionality of Windows programmes and should have never been an issue.
