can’t login to ea app

I’ll finally be able to log in by sheer luck, but if I close my laptop and open it again later, the EA app tells me there’s an error and asks me to log in again. Once I try to login again it says, each time, there’s an error and asks me to login again. I know my credentials aren’t wrong because I logged in to my account on the website just fine. 

Had this problem numerous days in a row and I’m so done with this app. I have paid for the sims 4, I have downloaded the sims 4, I can’t keep the app in offline mode (an issue all users seem to be having).

EA, fix your app.
